All work to be done within Warwick Township affecting the public water or sewer systems shall be done in accordance with the requirements of the authority; its rates, rules, and regulations; and the standard construction and material specifications that are currently in effect.

The developer/contractor is responsible for securing all necessary governmental permits/applications for the work prior to the start of construction. Developer shall pay all application fees, charges and costs associated with the required submissions for permits and approvals.
